Wayne handles sales for wine and beer tanks, as well as tank rentals. Like all of the Ripley offspring looking to have a future at Ripleys, Wayne started at a young age helping load tanks on the delivery trucks, at the age of 13. After exhibiting an aptitude for welding he followed up with four years of machining at BC Institute of Technology (BCIT) and a welding course at Okanagan College.
As Wayne’s background has given him insight into production efficiencies, Ripley clients benefit from his innate understanding of how to achieve the best results in the shortest amount of time.
