Ripley can design and build the perfect production solution for your distillery, allowing you to develop your growing business. We recommend planning and ordering custom tanks as far ahead as possible. Ripley systems work to accommodate all of the potential variables during your build, getting you your tanks sooner and with fewer hurdles.
As the beverage industry continues to evolve, Ripley is currently in the process of bringing in the materials needed to respond to the increased requests for building Micro-Distillery tanks. We are currently looking to explore further opportunities to represent and work with distilleries in Canada. We are a custom tank fabricator that can design and fabricate tanks to suit your specific requirements. All Ripley tanks are fabricated using standard material sizes and normal tank dimensions.
Shop drawings must be approved prior to fabrication.

FERMENTATION TANKS
Ripley’s fermentation tanks are used by distillers and brewers as holding tanks for liquid that requires time to ferment.

MASH TUN / MIXER TANK
The Mash Tun or Mixer Tank is also known as a Mash Tank. Primarily used for beer, mixing crushed grain and hot water. All Ripley Stainless tanks are made to your specifications.
