Originally from France, Sandrine, Simon and little Zoe have started a micro distillery in Summerland, BC in 2018. They designed their Still with a very unique style which allows them to extract the finest essences and produces very clean and flavourful spirits.
All the products are made in small batches from local Okanagan apples and other natural ingredients.
